Option 1: In-App / Profile Deletion (Self-Service)
If you have access to your account, log in via the app or web portal and navigate to Profile & Settings - Danger Zone - Delete Account to immediately delete your account.

Option 2: Email Request (For Uninstalled Users or Lost Credentials)
If you have uninstalled the app or lost access to your account, email us at privacy@dutycalc.ng with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address.

Data Retention & Purging Disclosures:

Deleted Data: Your profile credentials, login history, saved tariff searches, duty calculations, and forum posts/comments will be permanently purged within 30 days of request.
Retained Data: Transaction records and tax audit logs may be retained for up to 7 years solely to satisfy statutory NDPC and Nigerian tax compliance regulations.
