DutyCalc provides estimates based on available data. We are not the Nigeria Customs Service. The figures provided by our calculator are for guidance purposes only. You should always verify final assessments with official documentation. DutyCalc accepts no liability for financial losses incurred due to discrepancies in duty estimation.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the DutyCalc website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Use of Services
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.
3. Subscription & Billing
- Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Plan(s)").
- You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).
- DutyCalc reserves the right to change subscription fees at any time with reasonable notice.
- Refunds are processed at the sole discretion of DutyCalc management.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
